Stirred Studio was founded by Lottie Radtke-Payne, an Operational Bar Design Specialist with over a decade of experience delivering high-performing bar solutions for leading hotels, restaurants, and arena groups worldwide.
Stirred Studio offers independent, bar design and consultancy, specialising in operations-led bar design that combines functionality, efficiency, and exceptional aesthetics.
